Architectural Designer
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Architectural Designer to lead the design and planning of architectural projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, develop innovative design solutions, and create detailed drawings and specifications. They will also oversee construction processes to ensure the final product aligns with design standards and regulations. Familiarity with MEP regulations and the ability to coordinate with the MEP team are essential for this role.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into creative architectural designs.
• Develop detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural designs with MEP teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations in Doha.
• Oversee construction processes to maintain design integrity and quality standards.
• Create and review construction documentation and detailing to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver successful projects.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into architectural solutions.
• Monitor and manage project budgets effectively.
