• Prepare strategic plans to develop the public transport system and required infrastructure.

• Manage and enhance public transport systems and infrastructure, including regular reporting on challenges and solutions ensuring smooth operations.

• Determine and continuously update required service levels based on latest international systems and technologies.

• Study topics referred by the Department Director and provide technical opinions, including evaluation of project feasibility.

• Review design and planning work related to public transport routes and infrastructure, ensuring execution within allocated budget and timeframe.
