Florist – Al Mana Lifestyle

The Florist is responsible for designing, arranging, and maintaining fresh floral arrangements for retail sales, events, and customer orders. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and proper care and handling of flowers and plants to ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, centerpieces, and other floral displays.
• Prepare flowers by trimming, conditioning, and arranging them according to design standards.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements based on their preferences, occasions, and budget.
• Process customer orders accurately for in-store, online, and telephone requests.
• Ensure flowers and plants are properly cared for, including watering, conditioning, and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral work area, display shelves, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering flowers, plants, containers, ribbons, and other floral supplies.
• Receive and inspect flower deliveries, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Replace damaged or wilted flowers and maintain attractive displays.
