They include Human Resources, Learning and Development, Finance, IT, Client and Market and Risk Management. CSS provide direct assistance to other departments within KPMG to increase productivity and enhance customer experiences. While CSS teams might not directly interact with the company customers or stakeholders, they support the teams that do interact with these external constituents and help them to be more performant. <strong>Role Overview</strong> KPMG is looking for a Business Development Professional, who is responsible for driving utilization and dependence upon KPMG Qatar as the go-to place for all internal and external Clients.  Creates and progresses opportunities for the firms in the international market by leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, presales, technical excellence and delivery. Advocates innovation both within the firm and with clients and takes a role in developing team members to their full potential as well as promoting collaboration across teams <strong>Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:</strong> Identifies and pursue new opportunities for the organization to diversify across sub industry, emerging technology and services propositions to build pipeline Works with KPMG teams to create integrated propositions to meet the needs of specific industries or clients to build pipeline Supports the interlock with the delivery organization to ensure:                  -Teams support program delivery in partnership                  -The development of innovative and profitable commercial constructs Owns and contributes to the growth of senior stakeholder relationships within government and major Qatari companies  Owns and manages key relationships within the KPMG partner network to drive pipeline from within the firms’ client base Owns and manages the relationship with key stakeholders to develop co-selling opportunities Supports stakeholders with bids and proposals for large scale transformation programs  Work with solution design team to respond to RFQs/ RFPs in a timely manner Works as a trusted advisor with clients around their strategic business and technology needs <strong>Qualification and Experience</strong>   Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree: Bachelor’s degree    Postgraduate: MBA or a relevant would be an advantage international institution   Preferably with a Big 4 Audit firm or in Global Consulting firms would be an advantage   Minimum 3 years of experience    Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.   Experience in Qatar market within the Public and private sector   High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy Microsoft Office particularly with PowerPoint,    Excel and Word   Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.   Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.   Effective communication skills.   Strong business acumen.   Detail-oriented.
