We are searching for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
- Support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen activities
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure high quality of food and adherence to recipes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Help with menu planning and development
