Facilities Engineer – Qatari Investors Group

Job Summary

The Facilities Engineer oversees the workers who maintain and repair buildings items. This position is responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. Coordinates and integrates maintenance engineering functions with those of the design, maintenance, engineering, and operations departments.

Job Responsibilities 1

 Develops, implements and directs a preventive and predictive maintenance program.

 Supervises the implementation of minor repairs and defects of the equipment, plant and buildings, as and when required. 

 Executes renovations of existing facilities to ensure the delivery of the required output on the time frame given.

 Verify and certify vendors quantity and invoices
