HR Admin Officer

📢 We’re Hiring | HR & Administration Officer 🇶🇦

We are looking for a dynamic and dependable HR & Administration Officer to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can effectively manage office operations, support HR functions, and represent the company in dealings with government authorities and private sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage daily HR and administrative operations.

✅ Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.

✅ Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.

✅ Coordinate and process company-related transactions with government entities and external service providers.

✅ Liaise with ministries, banks, municipalities, utility providers, and other public and private organizations.

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

✅ Provide administrative support to management and assist in office operations.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Qatar.

✔ Strong knowledge of HR practices, administration, and government procedures in Qatar.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.

✔ Ability to communicate professionally with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders.

✔ Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.

✔ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
