Piping Engineer – Amiantit Qatar Pipes Company
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Piping Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and technical support of piping systems using fiberglass composite materials. You will collaborate closely with project, production, and quality teams to deliver compliant and optimized piping solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Hands-on experience with piping stress analysis and support design
- Familiarity with fiberglass composite piping systems (GRP/GRV/GRE) is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, or equivalent 3D piping design software
- Working knowledge of ASME, ISO, API, and ASTM piping standards and codes
