Tender & Proposal Specialist – StarWings Trading & Contracting WLL
A Tender Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation, submission, and administration of bids for construction, civil, or HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and government regulations.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, finance, and project management teams to collect the necessary documentation and supporting materials for each tender.
- Review and analyse tender documents, contracts, and project specifications to prepare clear and compliant proposals.
- Support negotiation and clarification processes with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all submitted tenders, correspondences, and contracts, archiving upon completion.
- Monitor tender portals, track deadlines, and provide regular status and outcome reports to management.
- Assist in developing and updating standardised bid documentation and templates for future use.
