Teller – Almana Group
We are hiring a Teller to join our Money Exchange & Remittance Operations team. The ideal candidate brings precision, integrity, and strong customer service skills while navigating high-volume cash and foreign currency transactions in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process foreign currency exchanges, remittances, WPS transactions, and bill payments with accuracy and speed.
- Handle high-volume cash transactions, maintaining balanced cash drawers throughout the shift.
- Verify currency authenticity using UV/MG tools and follow counterfeiting detection procedures.
- Execute customer transactions in compliance with QCB, AMLAQ regulations, AML/KYC guidelines, and internal policies.
- Identify and escalate suspicious transactions (STR/SAR) when required.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to walk-in clients across diverse nationalities.
- Reconcile daily transactions, prepare end-of-day reports, and support branch operations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous environment while handling customer queries and concerns.
