Network & Security Administrator – The Blue Group
Job Purpose:
The Network and Security Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization’s network and security infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of network systems and providing support for various IT systems across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage CISCO networks including installation, configuration, and updates (CCNP certification required).
- Perform Windows Server Administration, including support for Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud.
- Oversee LAN, MAN, and WAN networks, ensuring smooth communication and performance across Broadband, ADSL, and MPLS systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and IT systems across locations, including showroom and warehouse IT systems.
- Manage access and provide support for systems like biometric systems, Shopper Value, CMS platforms, and digital signage (Navoori, Xibo, Xiaohui Cloud, VNOX).
- Support and troubleshoot systems such as Office 365, POS, showroom servers, Veeam backups, System Patches, and Retail Pro systems.
- Monitor network performance and address any issues to ensure smooth and continuous operations
