Job Description:
- Lead and oversee all IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and services.
- Develop and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and standards to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor IT systems’ performance, addressing issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Manage budgets for IT operations and optimize costs while ensuring adequate resources for the organization’s needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.
- Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and system issues for end-users.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and Windows systems.
- Administer email systems and productivity tools, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Maintain a centralized system for tracking and resolving support requests, providing regular updates to management.
- Conduct training and create user documentation to enhance employee technology skills.
- Oversee the management of data center facilities, ensuring system reliability and optimal environmental conditions.
- Monitor and improve network performance, addressing interruptions and implementing security measures.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, scalability strategies, and disaster recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with network security policies and industry regulations.
- Manage Linux servers, SQL Server, and Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Implement security measures and backup strategies to safeguard systems and data.
- Monitor system and database performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Manage Windows Server environments, Azure cloud infrastructure, and email systems.
- Optimize cloud resource usage while ensuring system availability and security.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
- Implement and monitor security measures for compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT operations team to achieve organizational goals.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
