Lead Carpenter – Hamad International Airport Qatar

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver complex and professional carpentry works, not limited to hard or soft woods, and structural works
- Perform maintenance, renovations and construction carpentry work, not limited to cutting, joining, planning, sanding, and all related works
- Read and understand technical drawings, conduct site inspection to confirm accuracy of the drawing for the successful delivery of the project
- Assist in identifying suitable material to be ordered in advance
- Inspect materials to ensure they meet the desired specification, quality and free of defects
- Identify the correct and approved adhesives and consumables for the successful manufacture and installation of the requested product
- Operate complex carpentry machinery
- Train and supervise junior staff ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and standards
