PRO Assistant – Almana Group
Job Summary
Assist the current PRO in completing all government-related transactions and official procedures required by the Legal Department. The role includes accompanying the PRO to ministries, government authorities, and other official entities to submit, collect, and follow up on legal and corporate documents, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and accompany the current PRO in handling transactions with ministries, government authorities, and other official entities.
- Submit, collect, and follow up on legal and corporate documents.
- Support the processing of licences, registrations, permits, attestations, and other government approvals.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Group Legal and Contracts Department Manager.
