Marine & Lifting Manager – Airswift

ob Purpose

• Provide technical guidance and oversight for all marine and lifting activities across major projects to ensure alignment with stakeholders in execution planning, readiness processes, communication, SIMOPS coordination, and efficient delivery.
• Key stakeholders include Offshore Operations, Marine, Logistics, and Subsurface.

Key Accountabilities

1. Centralize marine assurance across projects; ensure compliance with operational procedures.
2. Act as focal point for marine execution with offshore operations; remove barriers and ensure consistency.
3. Consolidate best practices and standardize readiness processes.
4. Define synergies and standardization; lead task forces for organizational improvement.
5. Develop strategic execution schedules; support SIMOPS planning.
6. Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
7. Maintain alignment with project teams and operations.
8. Promote safety leadership and proactive safety culture.
9. Analyze execution plans and ensure robust guidance (e.g., diving).
10. Guide lifting subject matter experts to ensure compliance.
