Indoor Sales Executive (Lighting & wiring accessories) – AH Holding

Main Purpose of the Job

To promote and sell electrical products to walk-in customers at the showroom. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical advice, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (Lighting & wiring accessories).
  • Present technical and visual product features clearly and confidently.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain sales records and customer communications
  • Support sales targets and assist in showroom/promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on product ranges, stock availability, and ongoing promotions.
  • Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of product displays in the showroom.
  • Work closely with the sales team, inventory, logistics, and finance departments.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
