HSE Trainer – PS Tech

Qualification & Experience

ô€¸ Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fire & Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, Environmental, Industrial, Instrumentation, Production Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety

􀁸 Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment field as HSE Trainer / Instructor in utilities / construction sector.

􀁸 Proficient in conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and requirements within the organization.

􀁸 Ability to design, develop, and implement comprehensive HSE training programs tailored to organizational needs

􀁸 Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting

􀁸 Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

􀁸 Experience in delivering certification courses (IOSH & NEBOSH etc.)

􀁸 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic to effectively convey HSE principles and practices to diverse audiences.

􀁸 Familiarity with various training tools and software used for creating and delivering training materials

􀁸 Expert in Microsoft Office especially in the use of power point presentations

􀁸 Computer literate and presentation skill

􀁸 Interview: Pass written assessment & interview conducted by Kahramaa
