Must-Have Requirements
Leadership
- Proven experience leading large maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Build succession plans for key maintenance positions.
- Mentor supervisors and emerging leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, mentor and develop others.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with strong self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strategic mindset balanced with operational execution capability.
Technical Experience
- Minimum 10+ years maintenance leadership experience within food, beverage, dairy, Pharma or FMCG manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years in a Maintenance Manager or equivalent senior leadership position.
- Expert understanding of dairy processing technologies.
- Demonstrated experience of liquid processing and packaging equipment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Pasteurization
- UHT systems
- Homogenization
- Heat treatment technologies
- Cheese production equipment
- Evaporation and sterilization systems
- Advanced understanding of electrical, mechanical, automation and instrumentation disciplines.
