Brand Manager – (Automotive Sales) – Career Maker Bahrain

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for the automotive portfolio to increase market share and brand equity.
  • Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and events across Qatar, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, dealership networks, after‑sales, and service teams to drive consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insight studies to inform brand positioning.
  • Manage the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing assets (advertising, social media, point‑of‑sale materials).
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of brand initiatives, delivering regular ROI reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and corporate policies across all communications.
  • Mentor and develop a small cross‑functional team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
