Job Title: Infrastructure / External Works Civil Engineer
Location: Qatar
Contract: 3 Months (Extendable)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in infrastructure, utilities, and external works. The engineer will supervise daily site activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise excavation, backfilling, compaction, pipe laying, manholes, chambers, and related infrastructure works.
- Monitor daily construction activities ensuring compliance with QCS, drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts for utilities and external works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech).
- Minimum 3+ years experience in infrastructure/external works/landscape/roads/utilities.
- GCC experience preferred (Qatar experience is an advantage).
- Knowledge of QCS and municipal regulations.
- MMUP/UPDA certification is a plus.
