Job Overview:

Professional Labs is looking for Call Center Agents with experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in insurance and claims management. Candidates will handle customer inquiries related to insurance eligibility, pre-authorizations, and claims while ensuring high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.

• Assist with insurance coverage checks, pre-authorizations, and claims status.

• Accurately document interactions and update records.

• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.

• Ensure compliance with company and local healthcare policies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience.

• Healthcare experience (insurance/claims) is mandatory.
