Aruba Certified Expert – Campus Access Wireless (ACX-CAW)

We are seeking an Aruba Certified Expert – Campus Access Wireless (ACX-CAW) to join our dynamic IT Services team in Qatar. This role is crucial for enhancing our wireless network infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Aruba technologies and a proven track record in wireless networking. As part of our team, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, design solutions, and implement cutting-edge wireless access technologies that enhance connectivity and user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement robust wireless network solutions using Aruba technologies to meet client requirements.
2. Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best placement of wireless access points for optimal coverage.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot wireless network performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing network infrastructure.
5. Provide technical support and training to clients on Aruba wireless products and services.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in wireless technology and recommend improvements.
7. Document network configurations, changes, and operational procedures for future reference.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in wireless networking.
9. Participate in client meetings to discuss project status and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
10. Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
