Mis Analyst – Vistas
- 3-5 years’ experience preparing MIS reports involving working with MS Excel
- Handle end-to-end MIS, Reporting and follow-ups related to digital on-boarded Bank accounts
- Generate MIS reports for different CRM areas (e.g., leads for different products, Tasks, Alerts, Offers, CAD exceptions, Service Requests, etc.) and share updates with relevant stakeholders
- Communicate with concerned channel members (e.g., sales, call-center, RMs, Branches) to ensure proper action taken and closure on CRM Campaigns and related activities
- Publish insightful and innovative CRM dashboards & KPI trackers in order to ensure increased cross-sell and growth in overall Business performance across Sales and automated channels
