Job Position: UI/UX Designer/Developer

Scope of the Role

Role Objective

The UI/UX Designer/Developer will work closely with stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital products.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, driving iterative design improvements.
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  • Design and maintain a consistent visual language, including style guides, iconography, and typography, ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize the importance of user experience.
