Senior Product Specialist – Ali Bin Ali

OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To support the continuous growth of the department and contribute to revenue generation by developing and executing sales plans aligned with departmental and principal strategies. The role contributes at an expert level to achieving short- to medium-term objectives by promoting and selling the company’s products to healthcare professionals in both private and government hospitals. The position focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring effective product positioning, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Coordination

• Manage and resolve Tier 1 escalated operational issues within established guidelines to ensure customer and supplier satisfaction while supporting customer loyalty and principal retention.
• Coordinate closely with Finance and Logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries, efficient goods ordering, and proper collection of payments from customers and settlement with suppliers.
• Monitor internal stock levels to maintain an efficient and reliable supply chain.
• Ensure timely invoicing, deliveries, installation, and operational support of products at customer sites.
• Track order timelines and ensure strict adherence to delivery and project deadlines.
• Support the Project Team in the execution and completion of related projects and operational activities.

Planning & Commercial Support

• Prepare yearly forecasts and budgets and develop weekly/monthly action plans to achieve operational and commercial targets.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and offers for customers.
• Promote company products and maintain continuous engagement with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication between clients and suppliers to ensure accurate information flow and coordination.
