Delivery Specialist – Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co.
- Prepare all related vehicle registration papers, delivery papers
- Coordinate with sales, PDI, delivery , service centre, admin to track the vehicle after sales work done from sales side
- Brief customer the vehicle features during delivery by English or Arabic
- Brief service schedule and service center location, hotline related with after sales
- Guide customer sign all required papers
- Assist marketing team to take photos or videos during delivery ceremony
- Arranging delivery ceremony for customers
