General Manager – New Digital Venture – MTM Group
The Role
A new digital product within Elevion Group is preparing for launch in Qatar. The General Manager will own the business end-to-end: launch, growth, operations, P&L, and team. This is a hands-on builder role . you will take a ready digital product to market, build the operation behind it, and prove the business model before regional expansion.
Responsibilities
– Lead the go-to-market and launch in Qatar.
– Build and run day-to-day operations, service quality, and customer experience.
– Own the P&L, budget, and monthly reporting to group management.
– Hire and lead the core team.
– Work with the technology team to set product priorities based on real market data.
– Ensure legal, licensing, and regulatory compliance in Qatar.
– Develop partnerships and commercial channels.
First-Year Targets
– Successful launch in Qatar on the agreed timeline
– Growth, quality, and margin targets as set with group management
– Core team in place and operating
