Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of technical experience to take end-to-end ownership of an enterprise platform covering CRM, project and portfolio delivery, and financial workflows.

The platform is built using Microsoft SQL Server, Node.js/Express, React, and React Native and operates in a secure, on-premise Windows environment with restricted/offline internet access.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing the application across the database, backend, frontend, security, and deployment layers. This is a hands-on generalist role requiring strong database expertise and the ability to work independently in a controlled on-premise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack enterprise applications.
• Design and safely evolve Microsoft SQL Server database schemas while maintaining data integrity and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain T-SQL stored procedures, views, and database scripts.
• Create and manage sequential database migration scripts without relying on ORM or migration frameworks.
• Develop production-grade Node.js and Express APIs.
• Implement RESTful APIs, JSON-based integrations, authentication, validation, error handling, and third-party integrations.
• Develop responsive and maintainable web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Work with React hooks, API clients, server-state management, typed forms, validation, and data visualization.
• Implement and maintain application security, including authentication, authorization, RBAC, secure coding, CORS, XSS prevention, upload validation, and secrets management.
• Perform end-to-end development from database and API layers through to the user interface.
• Support deployment and operational activities in an on-premise Windows Server environment.
• Develop and maintain deployment scripts using PowerShell.
• Manage Windows services, scheduled tasks, firewall configuration, and application dependencies.
• Perform controlled, script-based releases in an environment without runtime internet access.
• Ensure all dependencies and application assets are vetted and bundled appropriately before deployment.
• Troubleshoot application, database, deployment, and performance issues.
• Contribute to performance optimization, maintainability, reliability, and security of the platform.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications from frontend to backend.
• Strong experience with full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server/T-SQL.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with application security and server-side authorization.
• Experience with on-premise deployment and Windows-based environments is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
