Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BIM Expert with strong expertise in Revit and proven experience working on complex projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of BIM processes, coordination, and Revit-based modeling, with the ability to manage technically challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Ensure BIM models meet project requirements, standards, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate models across multiple disciplines and identify design clashes and inconsistencies.
- Work on complex and large-scale projects with a high level of technical detail.
- Review and optimize BIM models for accuracy, constructability, and coordination.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Support BIM coordination, documentation, and model development throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant BIM experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit.
- Proven experience working on complex projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, modeling, and coordination.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight project timelines.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
