Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high-end luxury fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong design expertise combined with extensive site supervision-coordination, and client management experience. This role requires overseeing projects from concept through completion as turnkey while ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead the design development of luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects. Prepare concept designs, mood boards, space planning, material selections, and detailed design presentations. Produce and review detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate procurement, supply and installation processes for the fit-out firm. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure design intent is maintained, and resolve technical issues. Manage project timelines, milestones, and coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams. Coordinate logistics for materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring timely delivery and installation. Liaise directly with clients, conduct design presentations, attend project meetings, and provide regular progress updates. Review material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications. Resolve design, technical, and site-related challenges efficiently while maintaining project quality and budget. Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
