Responsibilities:

1. Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure a smooth finish, utilizing various tools and techniques to achieve optimal results.
2. Mix and match paint colors accurately, using color matching tools and techniques to ensure a perfect match with the vehicle’s original color.
3. Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring even coverage and a flawless finish while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
4. Inspect painted surfaces for defects and imperfections, making necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality standards are met before final approval.
5. Collaborate with team members to manage workflow efficiently, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition and readily available for use.
7. Stay updated on the latest painting techniques and technologies, participating in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field.
8. Assist in managing inventory of paints and supplies, ensuring that all materials are stocked and available for ongoing projects.
