We are seeking a customer-centric and dynamic CRM Agent to join our Automotive team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries, feedback, and service follow-ups to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and digital inquiries.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records within the CRM database.
  • Resolve customer queries and follow up on service/sales satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the showroom and service teams to streamline the customer journey.
