Training Mananger – Automotive
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead and develop training programs across product knowledge, sales performance, and soft skills within the automotive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs covering sales techniques, customer engagement, and communication skills
- Conduct product knowledge training for showroom and frontline staff
- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
- Support new hires through structured onboarding and certification programs
- Work closely with Sales and After-Sales management to improve customer experience and conversion rates
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and field observations
- Develop training materials, presentations, and role-play scenarios aligned with dealership operations
- Facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and on-the-job coaching
- Ensure consistency of customer handling standards across teams
