Telecom Engineer [1 No.] (Power / Electrical)
Qualifications:
ô¾ BSc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
ô¾ 5 years of extensive experience in Power Network (AC/DC, UPS & 48V Chargers)
ô¾ Preferred – that worked with Approved Kahramaa Contractors (QIECO, VOLTAGE, STATRON, etc.)
ô¾ Have attended multiple Trainings Electrical Related / 48V Chargers (Installation, Testing & Commissioning)
ô¾ With valid Qatar Driver License
ô¾ Fluent in English
ô¾ Computer Literate (MS Office)
Core Responsibilities:
ô¾ Reporting to Telecom Sr. Engineer / Head of Section
ô¾ Operation & Maintenance of Kahramaa’s Power Network (UPS, 48V Chargers)
ô¾ Power Cable Installations, Testing & Commissioning.
ô¾ Planning
ô¾ Site Acceptance Test
ô¾ Fault Attending
ô¾ Project Site Inspections
ô¾ 24/7 On-Call Duties (Standby Rota)
Telecom Technician (Fiber Optic)
Qualifications:
ô¾ School Diploma (completed) or Equivalent
ô¾ 5 years of extensive experience in Fiber Optic Network (Installation/Splicing/Testing)
ô¾ Extensive experience in Fiber Optic Tools & Testing Equipment (Splicing Machine, OTDR, Laser Source, Power Meter, etc.)
ô¾ Have attended multiple Trainings related to Fiber Optic (Installation/Splicing/Testing)
ô¾ Preferred – that have worked with OOREDOO, QNBN or VODAFONE Fiber Optic Infrastructures.
ô¾ Full-time worked as Technician in field /Sites
ô¾ With valid Qatar Driver License
ô¾ Fluent in English
ô¾ Computer Literate (MS Office)
Core Responsibilities:
ô¾ Reporting to Telecom Engineer / Sr. Engineer
ô¾ Operation & Maintenance of Kahramaa’s Fiber Optic Network which includes the Collection and transport of materials to or from Kahramaa stores to site, and return the balance as well as recovered materials or scrap materials to the Kahramaa designated places.
ô¾ Cable Installations, Splicing, Testing & Commissioning.
ô¾ Site Acceptance Test
ô¾ Fault Attending
ô¾ Project Site Inspections
ô¾ 24/7 On-Call Duties (Standby Rota)
