Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business functions. This position requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to source potential candidates effectively. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and establish clear expectations for each role.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure tracking of candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support to both parties.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience and keep them engaged throughout the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights related to hiring performance.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in the market.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to represent the company and attract potential candidates.
Preferred Candidate:
- 5 to 10 years of solid, hands-on recruitment (sourcing ) experience across diversified industries.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with a focus on candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment metrics effectively.
- Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong networking abilities to connect with potential candidates and industry professionals.
