Project manager – Al Ali Engineering

• Leading theConstruction team consisting of Architects, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Planners, Quantity Surveyors, Document Controllers, etc.

• Monitor project progress and ensure that it meets its objectives and stays on schedule

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

• Communicate project status, updates and changes to stakeholders and team members

• Collaborate with multiple Contractors to ensure effective project delivery

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and Client expectations

• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports and presentations

• Coach and mentor team members to ensure project success

• Maintain a strong understanding of project scope, objectives and requirements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
