Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients by assessing their health status, developing and implementing care plans, and continuously monitoring their progress using clinical skills and judgment.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols to promote patient safety and effective recovery.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.
4. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
5. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records accurately and timely to maintain comprehensive patient information and facilitate continuity of care.
6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and protocols that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
7. Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay current with nursing practices and healthcare advancements.
