HR Payroll Assistant – The MSI Group

Position Title: HR Payroll Assistant

Department: Human Capital.

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Objective:

To provide administrative support for all activities related to payroll ensuring employees’ entitlements to salary and benefits are appropriately documented in accordance with Company’s policies and procedure and employment contracts. Ensure proper maintenance/regular update of the payroll system

Key Accountabilities:

Personnel Filing/ Record Management

Salary and Benefits Administration

Statements and Reports

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

2-3 years of relevant payroll administration related experience in a similar sized company

Job Specific Skills:

• Attention to detail

• Communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Computer literacy
