Foreman Carpenter – Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of finishing carpenters and assistants on-site.
Review and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to allocate and direct finishing tasks
Plan, schedule, and assign work to ensure carpentry finishing projects are completed on time.
Inspect in-progress and completed work to verify accuracy, quality, and adherence to design standards
Provide hands-on expertise for complex finishing tasks, including cutting, assembling, installing, and polishing woodwork.Train, mentor, and guide team members in advanced finishing techniques and safe work practices
Oversee material usage, tools, and equipment to ensure proper handling and reduce wastage.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow
Ensure correct installation of doors, windows, cabinets, moldings, trims, furniture, and decorative wood elements.Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular safety checks, and ensure compliance with company policies
