– Ensure that all Warranty claims are submitted to the highest standards  

– Ensure all Warranty claims are submitted following guidelines determined 

– Ensure that there are no pending Warranty Jobs are closed within the given time

– Ensure that you familiarise yourself with all Warranty updates and procedures

– Ensure that all the Warranty guidelines are followed whilst closing warranty Job Cards, and Submitting Warranty claims

– Review Job cards to ensure the accuracy is being meet

– Maintain a healthy working relationship with all internal staff and Warranty principals 

– Ensure that the best interest of the customers and our principles are maintained

– Ensure that all Warranty Paperwork is maintained to the highest standards
