Automotive Sales Team Leader – Almana Group

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Team Leader to manage and oversee the daily sales operations of a dealership showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring smooth deal execution, maintaining high customer service standards, and coordinating all sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the showroom sales team
  • Oversee customer inquiries, test drives, quotations, and vehicle deliveries
  • Ensure all sales leads are properly handled and followed up by the sales team
  • Monitor and manage all active deals from inquiry to vehicle handover
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams
  • Resolve customer issues and handle escalations professionally
  • Coach and support Sales Consultants to improve their performance
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and deal status
  • Ensure showroom standards, policies, and procedures are followed
  • Support smooth transition of responsibilities within the sales team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales within a dealership environment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and team members simultaneously
