Automotive Sales Team Leader – Almana Group
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Team Leader to manage and oversee the daily sales operations of a dealership showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring smooth deal execution, maintaining high customer service standards, and coordinating all sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the showroom sales team
- Oversee customer inquiries, test drives, quotations, and vehicle deliveries
- Ensure all sales leads are properly handled and followed up by the sales team
- Monitor and manage all active deals from inquiry to vehicle handover
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams
- Resolve customer issues and handle escalations professionally
- Coach and support Sales Consultants to improve their performance
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and deal status
- Ensure showroom standards, policies, and procedures are followed
- Support smooth transition of responsibilities within the sales team
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales within a dealership environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and team members simultaneously
