Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and clients, utilizing various booking tools and platforms to ensure cost-effectiveness and convenience.
  3. Assist in preparing reports and presentations by compiling data and information, ensuring that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  4. Support project managers by tracking project timelines and deliverables, using project management software to ensure that milestones are met and communicated effectively.
  5. Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials, ensuring that the office is well-equipped to support daily operations and employee needs.
  6. Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including organizing training sessions and providing necessary resources to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  7. Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions and concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  8. Organize company events and meetings, coordinating logistics and ensuring that all details are handled efficiently for a successful outcome.
  9. Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents and compliance with company policies.
