Sales Manager (Government/O&G) – Regional System Integrator – Michael Page International (UAE) Limited

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within government and Oil & Gas accounts by developing strategic client relationships and delivering complex SI and managed services solutions. This role requires a highly proactive individual contributor capable of managing the full sales cycle in a competitive and relationship-driven market.

Description
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government entities and O&G organizationsIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned sectorsManage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → solutioning → negotiation → closing)Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersWork closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored SI and managed services solutionsDrive growth within existing accounts while expanding into new logosMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and meet revenue targetsStay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

Profile
Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on system integration and/or managed servicesProven track record of selling into: Government / public sector / Oil & Gas (e.g., NOCs, energy companies)Strong understanding of: IT infrastructure, Cloud and digital solutions, Managed services modelsDemonstrated ability to close complex, high-value dealsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in the GCC market (Qatar exposure is a plus)Arabic language is a must
