Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors with a strong background in building construction projects to support ongoing works at Ras Laffan. The role involves cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget
- Evaluate contractor bills, variations, and claims
- Coordinate with project teams for cost planning and reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects
- Strong expertise in quantity surveying and cost control
- Ability to mobilize immediately
