MEP Estimator (Electrical Background) – Al Jaber Steel

We’re looking for an MEP Estimator with a strong electrical background to prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various projects. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP (with focus on electrical systems). • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs. • Review project scope and identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities. • Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams. • Support bid submissions, budgeting, and cost control processes. • Maintain estimation databases and cost benchmarks.
