Hotel Supervisor – F&B
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
- Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
- Assist in supervising and guiding team members during shifts.
- Help train new staff and ensure company service standards are followed.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with preparing basic reports and updating records as required.
- Support the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
- Around 1 year of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or food & beverage operations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
