Hotel Supervisor – F&B

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
  • Assist in supervising and guiding team members during shifts.
  • Help train new staff and ensure company service standards are followed.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Work with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with preparing basic reports and updating records as required.
  • Support the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Around 1 year of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or food & beverage operations.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
