General Foreman – Civil & Fit-Out Works – Power International Holding
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced General Foreman – Civil & Fit-Out Works to join our construction team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in supervising civil construction and interior fit-out activities, coordinating site teams, and ensuring that all works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil and fit-out activities on site.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and work teams to ensure efficient execution of activities.
- Monitor civil works, including blockwork, plastering, screeding, concrete repairs, and other related activities.
- Supervise fit-out works, including gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, and finishing works.
- Ensure all activities comply with approved shop drawings, material specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, technical teams, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and coordinate inspections with the QA/QC team.
- Enforce health and safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report daily progress, site issues, and manpower requirements to site management.
