FM Operator – Facilities Management – acciona
We are currently seeking experienced FM Operators to support a large-scale Facilities Management project in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor building electromechanical systems and equipment.
- Monitor BMS and associated building systems, identifying alarms, faults and abnormal operating conditions.
- Support the operation of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and cooling systems.
- Record equipment readings and maintain accurate operational logs.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams when faults or technical issues are identified.
- Follow established HSE procedures, operational standards and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Support the reliable and continuous operation of facilities and associated equipment.
