Fleet Operations Manager

✅ Manage fleet utilization, allocation, and vehicle availability across all locations.

✅ Oversee vehicle lifecycle activities including induction, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and defleeting.

✅ Ensure vehicles are rental-ready and coordinate logistics, deliveries, and collections.

✅ Lead and manage driver teams, scheduling, productivity, and compliance.

✅ Monitor maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle reliability.

✅ Handle accident management, insurance claims, registrations, and regulatory compliance.

✅ Control fleet operating costs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Collaborate with Sales, Workshop, Finance, Branch Operations, and other stakeholders while providing regular performance reports to management
