Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – Human Capital Group Qatar
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large corporate and strategic client relationships.
- Develop new business and increase wallet share.
- Structure and manage corporate, working capital, project, real estate, trade, syndicated, and acquisition finance.
- Handle LCs, Bank Guarantees, and large-ticket financing.
- Prepare credit proposals and conduct financial/credit analysis.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk, covenants, collateral, and facility utilization.
- Manage pricing, profitability, deposits, fees, and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with Credit/Risk, Treasury, Trade Finance, Legal, Sharia, Compliance, and Operations.
Requirements
- Must be avaialbel in Qatar with a valid QID.
- 10–15 years of banking experience, with strong Large Corporate/Corporate Banking posure.
- Proven experience in large corporate relationships and complex financing.
- Strong credit analysis and financial modelling skills.
- Exposure to syndicated/project/structured/real estate finance.
- Islamic banking experience, including Murabaha, Tawarruq, or Ijarah, is highly preferred.
- Qatar/GCC banking experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
